طبقا لأحكام المواد 62 و 65 من الأمر رقم 21-01 المؤرخ في 26 رجب عام 1442 الموافق لـ 10 مارس 2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات، المعدل والمتمم، تنهي السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات إلى علم جميع المواطنات والمواطنين غير المسجلين في القوائم الانتخابية والمقيمين بدائرة القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك (44 ولاية)، أن فترة المراجعة الدورية للقوائم الانتخابية ستفتح يوم الاحد 12 إلى يوم الخميس 16 ديسمبر 2021. وعليه، فعلى المعنيين الذين يستوفون الشروط التالية
- مسجلين بالقنصلية العامة بنيويورك
- بالغين سن الثامنة عشر(18) سنة كاملة يوم 31 ديسمبر 2021
- متمتعين بكامل الحقوق المدنية والسياسية
إلى تسجيل أنفسهم عن طريق ملء الاستمارة المتوفرة لدى المركز القنصلي أو على موقعها في شبكة الانترنت (تحميل استمارة طلب تسجيل)، ثم إيداعها لدى القنصلية أو إرسالها عبر البريد أو البريد الالكتروني
كما يتعين على الناخبات والناخبين الذين غيروا مكان إقامتهم، تحيين عناوينهم أو الشطب من القائمة الانتخابية للدائرة السابقة

تنبيه: إن التسجيل القنصلي لا يترتب عليه حتما التسجيل ضمن القائمة الانتخابية
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 62 and 65 of pursuant with the Organic Law N° 21-01 signed, on March 10, 2021 related to the electoral system, the National Independent Authority for Elections invites all Algerian nationals residing within the consular jurisdiction (44 States) of the Consulate General of Algeria in New York, that the periodic review of the electoral lists will open from Sunday 12th of December to Thursday 16th of December 2021.
Accordingly, Algerian Nationals who are:
- Registered at the Consulate General;
- Aged 18 years and over on December 31, 2021;
- In full possession of her/his civil and political rights.
Can submit their application form (Download the Registration Form) either in person to our office or by mail or electronic mail .
In case of change of address, nationals are required to notify the Consulate General or to cancel their voter registration from previous constituency (Download the delisting Form).
